I have some exciting news to share! As you may know, my passion lies in positive psychology, behaviour change, and forensic psychology. Alongside my psychology studies, I also train fitness and yoga clients, helping them achieve physical and mental well-being. Today, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve embarked on a new journey: a one-year wellness and nutrition programme.

You might wonder why I’ve taken on this additional challenge. The answer is simple: I want to help people become the best versions of themselves. That includes me, too. Work on oneself is never finished, and instead a journey to be taken, to be enjoyed, and to be continued.

My goal is to create meaningful change in the lives of others, and I believe that integrating wellness and nutrition with psychology is the key to achieving this.

This programme is intense and demanding, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. Every day, I’m gaining valuable insights into how nutrition and wellness practices can profoundly impact mental health and behaviour. Understanding the science behind nutrition and its effects on our bodies and minds allows me to offer more comprehensive support to my clients and future clients.

The WHY behind this is rooted in my desire to fast-track my ability to make a difference. While my psychology studies continue, I want to start making a tangible impact now. Not waiting until I am a licensed therapist, but rather as soon as possible.
And I know how much there is achievable with lifestyle changes and somatic focused work. I love working with the body and integrating movement to “feel oneself” fully. It has always been one of the areas of excitement for me and I can’t wait to pass my knowledge confidently on to others.
By equipping myself with knowledge and skills in wellness and nutrition, I can provide a holistic approach to personal development and well-being.

I’m excited about the journey ahead and the opportunity to share my learning and experiences with all of you. Together, we can build a supportive community where everyone feels empowered to reach their highest potential.
